What's on the Menu?
The meals we prepare for our students emphasize a diet that includes a variety of vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean proteins. We also limit foods high in saturated and trans fats, added sugars, and sodium, and our menus are planned in consistency with the nutrition standards established by the United States Department of Agriculture.
