Strategic Plan

English Learners Five-Year Plan

Do You Speak a Language Other Than English at Home? Share Your Ideas!

If you speak a language other than English at home; if your student ever has been an MNPS English learner; if you work with English learner students and families, we want your feedback.

Please take our 10-minute survey about our plans to improve instruction, educational opportunities and student achievement in the district.

Review the Plan and Fill Out the Survey

The survey form, which takes about 10 minutes, includes the whole strategic plan, goals and objectives, so you can review the plan all as you answer the questions.

If you enter your email address at the end of the form, you may be randomly selected to win a $20 gift card. Thank you for your input.

Strategic Plan Goals and Objectives

About the Plan

The MNPS English Learners department has mapped out steps to improve academic achievement, language outcomes and self-efficacy for our district's English language learner students.

The plan was developed through a partnership between MNPS and American Institutes for Research, and it is based on multiple district data sources, staff input, and student, family, and community voices.

And, we need your ideas an input on the plan that will shape your student's education experiences.
