The roses are not next to the tulips. The daffodils are to the left of the daisies. The tulips are to the right of the roses. Can you determine the order of the flowers from left to right?

Answer: Roses, Daffodils, Daisies, Tulips

Tips for Parents to Help Gifted Students Manage Testing Anxiety

Open Communication

Encourage your child to express their feelings about the upcoming tests. Listen actively and validate their concerns without minimizing their feelings.

Practice Relaxation Techniques

Teach your child simple relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visualization, or mindfulness exercises to help them stay calm and focused.

Healthy Lifestyle

Ensure your child gets enough sleep, eats nutritious meals, and stays physically active. A healthy body supports a healthy mind.

Positive Reinforcement

Focus on your child's efforts rather than the outcomes. Praise their hard work and dedication, which can boost their confidence and reduce anxiety.

Stay Positive

Maintain a positive attitude about the tests. Your calm and supportive demeanor can help your child feel more at ease.

Post-Test Relaxation

After the test, encourage your child to unwind and relax.
