Optional Schools Applications
- Optional Schools applications are available for grades kindergarten through 12.
- This includes “pathway continuation forms” for students moving from elementary to middle or middle to high school on an approved pathway.

In person or mailed-in applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. The Online applications portal closes at 11:59 p.m.
- Applications received by this deadline will be part of the random selection process on Selection Day.
- This deadline also includes all “pathway continuation forms” for students moving from elementary to middle or middle to high school on an approved pathway.
- Applications received after Friday, February 7, 2025, will be added to the end of the wait list.

New MNPS Families
New MNPS families may apply year-round to optional schools with available seats. Families who wish to select an MNPS Charter School also may apply year-round.
