What Makes Our School Unique?

 
      At Glengarry Elementary, we believe that all children can learn and should be given an opportunity to reach their full potential. The school serves students in grades K-4.Because each student at Glengarry is valued as an individual; we utilize teaching/learning strategies that emphasize improved individual achievement.

    It is our goal to form strong family-school relationships at Glengarry. Parents are always welcome. They are invited and encouraged to participate in the frequent parent involvement activities as well as the daily routines.

    Glengarry is a school where children are nurtured, cherished and celebrated and learning is emphasized. Our vision is to be recognized as an outstanding school. You are welcome to help us fulfill that vision.


Who Attends Our School?
 

  Students attending Glengarry live south of downtown Nashville surrounding the Murfreesboro Road area and are zoned to Glencliff High School. The elementary schools in the Glencliff cluster are: Fall-Hamilton Enhanced Option, Glencliff, Glengarry, Glenview, Paragon Mills, and Whitsitt. The middle schools are Cameron and Wright.
