What Makes Our School Unique?
It is said that "the whole is only as good as the sum of its parts." Westmeade Elementary School has great parts consisting of a very capable and professional staff, supportive parents, and students who have the desire to learn. These parts work together to make Westmeade a great school.
The staff works to make classrooms and the rest of the school inviting, to make students feel good about being in school and to provide instruction which enables each child to develop maximum potential. The parents work as tutors, chaperone field trips, assist with art instruction, raise money for the school and much more. The students learn basic skills, write their own books, work on computers, perform plays and enjoy a variety of other activities.
Westmeade is the sum of its parts. It is a community of people working together to make our school an environment where all enjoy learning.
