What Makes Our School Unique?

Welcome to Tom Joy! We are a community of lifelong learners with a clear focus on improving student achievement and personal growth. Our goal is to assist every student to make the connection to school and career choices and opportunities. We strive daily to provide students an opportunity to apply what they have learned in the classroom to real life situations.

We are also committed to providing a safe, secure, and positive school environment so that each child can thrive academically. We provide students a systematic approach to request assistance from administrators when they feel threatened. Mediation is conducted with students to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. Administrators also conduct grade level assemblies periodically to promote a positive school climate and celebrate student successes.

We look forward to working with you and your child. We ask for your support, and we strive to make Tom Joy a school where every child can develop to his/her fullest potential.
