Informational Technology/Data Management – the key focus areas will be:
- Data-informed decision making that is used by everyone in the district, with principals, teachers and district administration trained to look at student data to develop highly-effective strategies to help students.
Central Office Reorganization – key changes include:
- The Central Office will be organized to support the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and instructional leadership.
- The highest yield instructional support and leadership strategies will be school based and close to the classroom.
- Move resources from the Central Office into the schools
- All positions will support school instruction
The district realizes it will be difficult to undertake eight major areas of reform simultaneously. But, this is what we must do. None of these areas can wait. |
