The Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education announces a vacancy in the following position:
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in speech language pathology and be eligible for a Tennessee Department of Education Professional School Service Personnel license with an endorsement in speech and language. CF supervision is available. We offer continuing professional development and mentoring opportunities. Students who are one semester from graduation with a master’s degree in speech language pathology are encouraged to begin the application process.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide early interventions, assessments and therapy services to students with communication disorders for pre-kindergarten (age 3) through high school (age 22).
SALARY: Teacher pay. 10 Months. Exact placement on the salary schedule depends upon educational qualifications and experience.
