The Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education announces a vacancy in the following position:
Customer Service Center Lead Agent - Customer Service Center Grade 9 – Base Hourly Rate $16.72

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Two years of college from an accredited college or university or equivalent post secondary training. Five (5) years of customer service related experience. Working knowledge of Customer Service/Contact Center best practices. Interpersonal and public relations skills suitable for dealing with customers and intradepartmental staff. Working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, word processors, web tools. Working knowledge of MNPS departments highly desirable.
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner; skilled in oral and written communications; demonstrated ability to handle complaints, unpleasant customers, and remain calm in emergency and crisis situations. Available and willing to work a flexible work schedule between the hours of 6:30a.m. and 6:30p.m.
