The support staff benefit program is under the jurisdiction of the Metro Employee Benefit Board. While support employees’ benefits are administered by MNPS (such as enrollment and payroll deduction), the decisions regarding the benefit plans and the cost structure are made by Metro Employee Benefit Board.
