Optional Enrollment Elementary Schools
 

Optional enrollment schools are schools with extra seats for children who do not live in that area. Students living within the school zone have the first choice at enrolling in these schools with the exception of Glendale Spanish Immersion. Students living outside the zone must apply through the lottery and go on a wait list for space available. Optional schools range from grades K- 4.

The current optional enrollment schools are:

Eakin
Students who live in the Eakin zone have first priority. Students who live in Davidson County outside the zone - must apply through the lottery
Glendale
Students who live in the Glendale zone have first priority. Students who live in Davidson County outside the zone - must apply through the lottery. All Students must apply through the lottery for "Spanish Immersion" classes.
Percy Priest
Students who live in the Percy Priest zone have first priority. Students who live in Davidson County outside the zone - must apply through the lottery

Students living outside the designated areas must apply through the lottery and go on a wait list for space available. Optional Enrollment applicatons are available at 2601 Bransford Avenue, Nashville, TN or on the web at www.MNPS.org. Applications received after the lottery will be added to the bottom of the wait lists.
