PreK-4 Standards-Based Report Cards

The Metropolitan Nashville Public School System (MNPS) uses a PreK-4 standards-based report card system. Standards-based report cards:

Communicate detailed student progress and achievement to parents and students
Inform parents of MNPS standards and expectations
Align MNPS standards with reporting system
Provide consistency across the District with regards to grading

Reading Standards:

K, 1, 2, 3, 4

Writing Standards:

K, 1, 2, 3, 4

Math Standards:

K, 1, 2 , 3, 4

Science / Social Studies / Listening and Speaking Standards:

K, 1 + 2, 3 + 4

Comments / Requests:

K, 1, 2, 3, 4

Report Cards:

K, 1, 2, 3, 4
