The Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education announces a vacancy in the following position:
INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY GROUP COACH

QUALIFICATIONS: Eligibility for Tennessee teaching license required. Master’s (or higher) degree is desirable, as is experience working with adult learners. Knowledge and experience in teaching in a PK-12 setting is required. Experience using technology in a PK-12 classroom setting is also required.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential function of the position within the organization is to deliver lessons, resources, and support to teachers and administrators on the effective use of instructional technology in the PK-12 classrooms; work with Instructional Technology Group Manager and other staff in the development and revisions of training lesson plans and resources; advise teachers and principals in individual or small group settings on methods for teaching with technology; implement accountability systems to measure the effective use of instructional technology in the teaching and learning environments.
SALARY: Teacher Salary – 12 month position – Career Ladder eligible
