Early Enrollment Count Procedures |
1. Enter the Early Enrollment Counts on:

1. Tuesday, Aug. 12 by 1:00
2. Tuesday, Aug. 19 by 11:00
3. Tuesday, Aug. 26 by 11:00 |
4. Tuesday, Sept. 2 by 1:00
5. Monday, Sept. 8 by 11:00
| 2. ALL SCHOOLS:

Count only students who have physically appeared in your school AND who have been present at least one day in the last five. | 3. FULL-TIME SPECIAL EDUCATION COUNT:

'Full-time' special education students can be in a low incidence class or receiving resource services with 23 or more hours of service per week. If the student is in a low incidence class for fewer than 23 hours per week, the student should be counted with the regular student count, not with the special education count. | 4. ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS (Including MLK and East Lit.):

You should enter counts by grade level. Boxes will appear for the grade levels and programs available at your school. | 5. ELEMENTARY ELL SCHOOLS:

Enter separate counts for ELL and regular education students by grade level. Boxes will appear for schools that need to enter these counts separately. | 6. HIGH SCHOOLS COUNT:

You should enter the total sum of all grade levels minus any full-time special education students. | 7. ENTERING EARLY ENROLLMENT COUNTS:

The Early Enrollment Counts will need to be entered by accessing the following web page http://007sbaitdev01/EarlyCounts/LogOn.aspx. You will be required to select your school name and enter the three digit school code as the password to access this page. Call the IT Help Desk at 269-5956 with any problems associated with logging into the Early Enrollment Count screen.
If technical problems prevent you from entering the enrollment data online, fax your information to Student Assignment Services 214-8660. If faxing your data does not work. then call 259-8799. |
